I got in an accident with my previous 2013 Chrysler 200 a few weeks back, and I came to Elhart seeking the same make My experience here was excellent. I got in an accident with my previous 2013 Chrysler 200 a few weeks back, and I came to Elhart seeking the same make and model because I loved the car so much. And let me tell you, Elhart didn't disappoint! Duane Scholten set me up with a black 2013 Chrysler 200. Not only did he get me set up with the exact car that I wanted, he worked with me the entire time to help me through the process. Additionally, when I stopped in to pay for the vehicle, Caryn Knapp (in addition to Duane) took care of me. I promised Duane that I would bring in my old license plate, but—me being me—it slipped my mind. Caryn didn't even miss a beat, setting me up with a brand new license plate! Furthermore, Duane then offered to carpool to the car rental shop with me so that I didn't have to phone a friend! Overall, they took the weight of the accident off of my shoulders and worked hard to help me put the incident behind me. I will most definitely recommenced this dealership to others. More

Super service all around. My wife had an accident and we needed a new car. I called to see what was a better car for my wife, the Acadia or the Santa Fe. Well I was told that either was a wonderful car but they just received an outstanding SRX with just 14,000 miles. After seeing the pictures of the car I decided to purchase it. Now this was at 1:30 pm and by 3:15 the car was headed the 50 miles to my house. Yes they delivered the car so I could surprise my wife. The people at Elhart are fantastic. It was a one owner vehicle with average miles, it was in very good condition and Duane was very thorough in explaining all the options with me. We settled on the price and I am very happy with my purchase. Jennifer Obrien-Martinez set up my loan with my credit union and I drove off the next day in my 2010 Tahoe. She also did my plate transfer, so I didn't have to go to the Sec. of State. Duane And Jennifer were so nice, I would recommend them to anyone. More

It took a long time, but they made us feel welcome, comfortable, and valuable. The vehicle was brought up for us to drive, and after we test drove it, and examined it, and agreed on a price, they sent the car back into their shop for a final clean-up, and service. They fixed a small dent, and installed a pc of grill trim without my asking. Super! I would recommend Elhart GMC (Duane, Randy, and Caryn) to anyone. More
