Duane was extremely informative and helpful, even helping set up Sirius and pairing my phone after the deal was final. He was painstaking in explaining the features that came with the vehicle and how to set things up! Cayrn was also informative and pleasant to deal with on the paperwork end of things. What I found somewhat surprising was the helpfulness and attention to needs displayed by other staff members that were not even involved in the deal! Great atmosphere to do business!!
