So this being my first experience in watching the Elhart team in action was very impressive. The Special Finance Manager, Jennifer O'Brien-Martinez, was just the greatest! She jumped through hoop after hoop for us to get us the best deal she could, and she did, I couldn't believe it!! I don't know about anyone else, but when it comes to understanding all the technical terms about finance and interest rates etc.etc., it's like reading Chinese upside down, and I don't know anybody that can read Chinese, let alone upside down lol!! But Jennifer took the time to explain everything to where it was real easy to understand. She didn't just rush you through the paperwork to just get you out the door and in your new car. She's very professional and makes you feel at ease and right at home. The whole Elhart Team, from Jennifer down to the guys that do the detailing, were fantastic!! I would recommend Elhart to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
