Oil change that lead to rear brake job Took Ford Escape to Ziegler dealership for first time to have oil changed. I chose “The Works” to get things checked out. The technician found that Took Ford Escape to Ziegler dealership for first time to have oil changed. I chose “The Works” to get things checked out. The technician found that my brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels were in the red zone, so I told them to go ahead with the brake job. They were able to perform the work that same day. It wasn’t cheap to have it done, but I am satisfied with the work they did. I will use them again for service. More

But fast forward 9 months later i can’t even get a simple oil change without a attitude from a service advisor. They never answer the phone & so have to drive all the way there from aurora to get a simple answer that i could’ve gotten over the phone. Last time i got my oil changed from them they didn’t put the hood down all the way & my hood flew up on the expressway. Tried to give the car back to them & they wouldn’t take it & they denied that the accident wasn’t their fault. But it happened literally a day after i got the oil changed. Now my car looks bad. I really regret buying a car from here & if i could leave no stars i would. More

The worst service ever!! I went for a recall, just for an airbag repair. When I went to pick up the car everything looked ok. But When i was on my way back home, like a mile a I went for a recall, just for an airbag repair. When I went to pick up the car everything looked ok. But When i was on my way back home, like a mile away, the car stop in the middle of the road and lights started to apear on the dashboar(ABS) and (tracción control). I was able to take back the car to the shop. They took the car, looked at the computer and they told me that it was a sensor or a joint that was broken. I couldn’t leave the car because I had to go pick up my daughter from school. So On my way home from picking up my daughter I went to another mechanic that is next to my house. The mechanic did the same computer check and he told me they it wasn’t a sensor or a joint. It was a cable that the dealer had broken when they jacked up the car. I called Jesus Ramirez to explain to him what they have done and his response was the worse ever. He said it wasn’t the dealers fault because the car didn’t have lights when it left the dealer, anything that happens after leaving the dealer is not they’re fault. That means if you loose a tire after leaving dealer it is NOT they’re fault. Now i have to pay $200 to get it fixed. I definitely don’t recomend this place. I would rather not do the recalls at all than go to this place. Zero stars!!! More
