Last time it was screws and fasteners on the splash shield under the engine. When doing the oil change myself in the past, I notice that there are multiple types and sizes of screws-which is dumb on Ford design. But when the wrong screw is forced into the hole it tends to fall out. And then where does it end up? In my tire. While the service center is responsive, it is still tiring to have to go back for corrections. I can at least see the lug nuts. I can’t check the screws under the engine without jacking up the car and only noticed the problem because the shield was hanging down. But the other Ford center I previously went to was much, much worse. So my advice would be “just pay attention!” Is that so hard? I shouldn’t have to wonder about these little things EVERY time I get something done. I could just as well do it myself then. It would probably take less time. More
