The repairs on the car were done in a timely fashion confirming that the dealership respected my time. They also provided free transportation back to my house when I dropped off the car at the dealership. I highly recommend Ziegler Ford. The Staff there were very kind and helpful; they were patient and attentive, making sure to address all of my inquiries. I went there with a tire problem and a check engine light on. They saw to my probl patient and attentive, making sure to address all of my inquiries. I went there with a tire problem and a check engine light on. They saw to my problem and saved me money from another car mechanic place that was scamming me, by the way. However, the Ziegler Ford staff were helpful and saved me both money and time. Offered an Uber ride to my home and back, and had my Vehicle fixed and put back into working order that very same day. Words can't describe how happy I am with the services. I had a great experience at Zeigler. The service department was outstanding. My tire sensor went crazy when I was far from home. I called the service desk and Amanda told me to bring t The service department was outstanding. My tire sensor went crazy when I was far from home. I called the service desk and Amanda told me to bring the car in to the Quick Lane. Upon arrival I was helped by Cesar and Elliot immediately. All three employees were polite and helpful. I have my Mustang Mach-E serviced at Zeigler Ford despite not purchasing it there. They treat me like a long-time customer and I have never been happier with a car dealer service department. The service advisor, Amanda, who I have worked with is a great communicator. I always know what's up. I needed a ding in my windshiled repaired, and she lined up an outside service provider to come to the dealership and take care of it. They also offer a variety of convenient drop-off and rideshare services. I've had a great experience getting my car serviced at Zeigler. More
