I needed my 2019 ford fiesta repaired due to it not being able to accelerate when driving. I was towed to the location immediately on a Monday after 4pm and Tim from service helped me with everything. I was able to accelerate when driving. Outstanding service department. Needed to bring my truck in for a recall. All of my experiences with the service department and Tim the service advisor have been great. Tim answered all my questions and told me the recall just involved a software update and recommended that I wait for work to be completed. The work was completed quickly as promised.
