I bought my car in 2020 brand new. It was a pretty seamless encounter with the exception of one of the salesmen. Fast forward to 2024 and 70k miles had some issues with the car. Took it in and Tim in service informed me there would no charge at all for the flywheel of work. He informed me they had no loaner cars however asked me to come back the following day. When inarrived he put me in a brand new 2024 bronco. While the repairs commenced he kept me abreast of the parts ordered, the process of the repairs and immediately called.me when it was done. Over all its a nice place to work with and Tim in service is out of this world. Went wayy above and beyond to inject all the proper information when needed. More
