Check Engine Light $3800.00 My check engine light came on so I decided to take my 2013 Ford Expedition with 80,000 miles on it into the dealership to get checked out. I was call My check engine light came on so I decided to take my 2013 Ford Expedition with 80,000 miles on it into the dealership to get checked out. I was called by Jack in the service department and he told me it would cost $700.00 to get it fixed. Then later on I received another call from Jack telling me it was going to cost $3800.00 to get my Expedition fixed. A week later Jack called me and picked me up to get my Expedition and he brought me into the service area and he told me he miscalculated the cost ,he forgot to carry the 2 , it was going to actually cost $5800.00. I informed him no way was I going to pay that and then he said I'll drop the price to $3800.00. So long story short the price went from$700.00 to $5800.00 to $3800.00 Jack wasn't able to do simple Math ,he forgot to carry a 2? Nothing but a SCAM in my opinion. More

Jack was extremely understanding and did very well with dealing with my impatience as well as keeping me up to date with any changes to my situation. Chris's work on my car was so well done you couldn't even tell it's been in s repair shop or anyone other than myself was in the car. More

Service is great but mechanics leave a little to be desired I purchased a 2010 Ford Edge all wheel drive. Service during the sale was efficient and friendly. There were a few things I wanted done before the p I purchased a 2010 Ford Edge all wheel drive. Service during the sale was efficient and friendly. There were a few things I wanted done before the purchase and they were happy to do it. Later on I had some service needs (brakes) and received great service from the service reps but I was continually dealing with mechanics telling me the poor performance was "just how these cars are." That is a cop out and I refused to fall for that crap. After 5 visits for the same issue they finally did what I was asking to improve the performance of the front breaks and eliminate unnecessary noise. The reps (Jack) were very fair in price but the time it took to eliminate my issues was the sole fault of the mechanics that were just tired of seeing me. I would be more interested in recommending the service department if I knew the mechanics had a passion or interest in finding a solution for their customers mechanical issues. More
