There were a few things I wanted done before the purchase and they were happy to do it. Later on I had some service needs (brakes) and received great service from the service reps but I was continually dealing with mechanics telling me the poor performance was "just how these cars are." That is a cop out and I refused to fall for that crap. After 5 visits for the same issue they finally did what I was asking to improve the performance of the front breaks and eliminate unnecessary noise. The reps (Jack) were very fair in price but the time it took to eliminate my issues was the sole fault of the mechanics that were just tired of seeing me. I would be more interested in recommending the service department if I knew the mechanics had a passion or interest in finding a solution for their customers mechanical issues. More
In April 2013 I purchased a used car here, I was told the lender required a maintenance policy on used cars to "protect their investment". I was sold a 48mo Comprehensive policy for $2500, after asking four lender required a maintenance policy on used cars to "protect their investment". I was sold a 48mo Comprehensive policy for $2500, after asking four times if it was absolutely necessary. So a few weeks ago I see a report on TV about dirty tricks dealers pull, and this was one of them. I called the bank to verify if they had indeed required this. They told me absolutely not, and that they have been getting many complaints about this. Further, I learned the policy was Power Train only and for 24mo! The only thing I was given was a brochure detailing available policies. I should have been given a copy of my coverage. When I went in to discuss this, I was taken to an office. I was told I had no proof of anything, and of course they had copies of paperwork I was never given. I also learned my salesperson was not even their employee, but a contractor brought in for the sale. The Guy (Daniel Payne) wouldn't even tell me his name, but assured me there was nobody above him I could speak with. I asked him how he could sleep at night? His response was "I sleep very well in my big house knowing I f@#ked people like you" My mother started yelling at him, so he grabbed her shoulder, causing her to spill most of her water, so she threw the rest of it at him. He then grabbed my 4'11", 66yo mother and pushed her for 6-8ft out the front door onto the hood of a car. Needless to say the police were called and a complaint was made. So overall I would say this dealership, and Daniel Payne in particular, should be avoided. More
Purchased a used 2011 Ford Flex from this dealer in October of 2012. After going through the first winter with it I found that the Flex is not the best in the snow. I went back 5 months later to trade October of 2012. After going through the first winter with it I found that the Flex is not the best in the snow. I went back 5 months later to trade it in for a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. When I originally purchased the vehicle they charged me $30,000.00. When I wanted to trade it they offered me $18,000.00. The vehicle is in like condition as when I purchased it (with the only exception being it has 5,000 additional miles on it). Then to make matters worse - the Sales Manager (Danny Payne) flat out lied to me about the price that the dealership originally paid for the vehicle when they bought it. The bottom line is that either they screwed me then or they were trying to screw me now - either way they were certainly trying to take advantage of me and not being honest. Two traits of a dealership that are very important. Beware of these guys - they will take you to the wall if you give them a chance. More

This was the best car buying experience I've had since my first car in 1987. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. I plan to purchase another car early next year and will work with this dealer. first car in 1987. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. We stopped in on a Monday to look at a used Mustang but was informed that it had been sold that morning. We had asked for Larry and he met with us and he advised us that the car we had been looking for ha was informed that it had been sold that morning. We had asked for Larry and he met with us and he advised us that the car we had been looking for had been sold that morning but he would get a salesperson to work with us in trying to locate another vehicle. We were then introduced to Amanda. She then took us to her area and she then had someone look for another vehicle like the one we wanted. She then came back a few minutes later and took us to Travis. Travis had found a mustang similar to the one we had wanted. Travis was very helpful in this endeavor. We then told him about one we had seen on autotrader and he pulled it up and he then advised that if we were interested in this one he would have someone pick it up the next day. We agreed to this, put a deposit down, and when I spoke with Amanda on Tuesday she advised that they were just leaving to pick it up. We were very glad for the work this company had done for us in finding a vehicle for us. Tuesday evening we went back to the dealership and Amanda had the vehicle for us and we were able to test drive it and we fell in love with the vehicle. As with all car dealers after a few rounds of pricing that we could afford, they came up with a price and the Mustang is ours. Thanks again to the people at Harold Zeigler in helping us find this very nice vehicle. More

Pete Svetanoff went above and beyond the normal steps that a salesperson usually takes to assist a customer in the purchasing of a new vehicle. Pete listened to my needs and placed me into the proper ve that a salesperson usually takes to assist a customer in the purchasing of a new vehicle. Pete listened to my needs and placed me into the proper vehcile at a lease price that was good for my family and I. He scoured for every rebate, coupon and discount that I was eligible for. Pete had me test drive several vehicles and did not pressure me into buying the moment I entered the lot. He was professional in his follow up and courteous in his dealings with both myself and the decision maker....my wife. He had the F150 ready when promised for delivery and the vehicle was cleaned up with a full tank of gas. The delivery went seamlessly and Pete introduced me to everyone at the dealership from the GM, Sale Manager, F & I, Parts Dept, Service Dept, and even to a customer on the floor who Pete knew. I felt like family. One week after taking delivery, I inquired through the parts department about installing a bedliner. Jon Laroque was extremely helpful in finding a bedliner at the price point I needed, working around my schedule to have the bedliner installed, and even having the vehicle washed and ready to go exactly like it was one week ago. This attention to detail on Jon's part is exactly why I am a satisfied customer with the sales, service and relationship with Harold Zeigler Ford. More
