I give H.Z. of grandville a 5 across the board. We had bought our van from another local dealer and there was a slight vibration in it. The trip back to the original dealer by my wife only yielded excuses bought our van from another local dealer and there was a slight vibration in it. H.Z of grandville worked on the problem balancing and rotated the tires. Due to weather issues and road conditions they could not completely verify that the issue was resolved so they said "bring it back to us if it's not completely gone and we'll take care of it". More
Had the brakes of my 06 Chrysler Town & Country checked. As suspected, after 67,000 miles, the rear brakes needed to be replaced. Being pressed for time I was not sure I could get the repairs com checked. As suspected, after 67,000 miles, the rear brakes needed to be replaced. They even put on an extra mechanic and finished much sooner than I expected. I really appreciated the extra effort. More
I was very happy with the friendliness of the service, but did still have some problems with the vehicle after it was fixed. I normally use a different dealership for maintenance that is closer to where I work. However, I had a mechanical failure that required a tow and Zeigler was closer (and, therefore, recommended by my no that is closer to where I work. However, I had a mechanical failure that required a tow and Zeigler was closer (and, therefore, recommended by my normal dealership). Because of this fact, I was a first time customer to Zeigler. I found Jeremy to be very informative and clear in regard to the problem and its cause, what it would cost to fix and how long I could expect that to take. The expectations that he helped create via the telephone conversations we had were met completely. When I went to pick the truck up I was also impressed with the facility (I had the vehicle towed in so I didn't get to visit when it was dropped off). The maintenance area and waiting area were immaculate and I was greeted immediately. The whole experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to use Zeigler again. By the way, the truck is running as well as it ever has. Thanks for the great work guys! More

My car would not start and needed to be towed in. Once there they got me registered quickly and then gave me a ride home. While at home I was kept updated by phone and when the job was completed they cam there they got me registered quickly and then gave me a ride home. While at home I was kept updated by phone and when the job was completed they came and picked me up again. In addition, most of the cost of my repair was covered by my extended warrantee. I was very satisfied. The only glitch in the whole affair was with my initial call to the service desk. Furthermore, not connected to the above, I always get my oil changed at their "quick-lube" facility and am very satisfied with that. More
We were having problems with our remotes and I went to another dealer first as it was closer. Very upset as they told me nothing wrong. When they continued to not work right we went to Harold Zeigler. They found a short in one of them and gave us a new one and reprogramed the other one. As always they do a great job and when I go somewhere else I am reminded of why I shouldn't try any place different. Nobody else does as well as they do. Their hours are better for working people and they just continue to go above and beyond. More
