The service advisors Ben and Ziggy have given me excellent service. John Dekker has provided excellent information on parts and supplies. He really is an expert in his area. One of the best. The cashier is always pleasant and helpful. The Quick Lube Lane is excellent. All of the guys there are professional and courteous. Stopped in for an oil change and heard some "odd" noises coming from our vehicle. When we stopped in to have the oil change, they checked out the car and fixed everything in less time than the "odd" noises coming from our vehicle. There were two outstanding recall repairs that had not been made on my van. I was aware of them, but was dragging my feet getting them done.
