I recently brought in my '03 Stratus RT to the dealership to have the blower motor fixed. With the hot weather, I needed to have it repaired as soon as possible. Don Shudark help me with setting up an appoin to have the blower motor fixed. With the hot weather, I needed to have it repaired as soon as possible. They made the diagnosis and had it repaired in less than 2 hours. Also, HZ has great hours for their Service Department for the car owners who are unable to come in during an 8 - 5 day. More

I had a bad experience because I took my car in for specific repairs. I was told one of the repairs could not be completed and they charged me for the part anyways, claiming they could not take it back specific repairs. The service advisor took off $30 for the part and $25 for the labor. I should have had to pay for nothing but the labor as they claimed they did "what they were told" and not to " try it first" Next time I will go to a different advisor, if I go back More

I have been bringing my Jeep Wrangler to HZ for the past 3+ years for maintenance and oil changes. The people are friendly and helpful from the service techs that explain the problem in layman’s terms J to 3+ years for maintenance and oil changes. I came in without an appointment and was able to get work done same day. I was given a ride home and offered to be picked up when my van was finished. they called to tell me what had to be done and what the done same day.
