Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

I had an issue with HZ when I bought the car, (post 11/27/2012) separate from that, since driving off the lot there was a warning light coming on. When I contacted them about it Jeff Holtsclaw assured 11/27/2012) separate from that, since driving off the lot there was a warning light coming on. When I contacted them about it Jeff Holtsclaw assured me he would do everything in his power to resolve this and he did, he went to bat for us and the problem is soon to be (part ordered) corrected. Jeff’s actions are the way a dealership should be represented! He did not lie to us, BS us or mislead us, try to pull the wool over our eyes etc.etc.. He simply told us the truth and handled everything! He actually ended up going above and beyond what would have been expected. Still not happy about how the sale went down (Jeff was not involved in the original sale) but with customer services like that he may even earn my business back. This time the experience was wonderful. HZ hopefully is proud to have a person like him representing them. Thanks Jeff Tim More
