We were 3 hours from home and they went out of there way to replace our alternator that day so we didn’t have to rent a car to get back work on Monday. More
Going the extra mile I came in for a routine oil change which was done quickly. However they found my tires was unexpectedly worn beyond safe limits. This was confirmed I came in for a routine oil change which was done quickly. However they found my tires was unexpectedly worn beyond safe limits. This was confirmed by a tire store. Zeigler offered to replace the tires with the same exact tire for a very good price. In addition they managed to obtain a $300 refund from Michelin under the tires’ 60,000 mile warranty. I have never been able to obtain a refund on a warranty on tires that came on a new car before. Incredible. I’m very pleased. The manager of the Quick Oil Change dept deserves the credit More

He basically said to bad we have no openings until next week . He didn't advise me to call jeep road side assistance to tow or any alternatives. Thank goodness there are other dealers around town that will help. More
Happy to be wrong I have always thought of extended service warranties as a bet against yourself, and I had no interest on getting one, but my wife insisted. After 6 months of driving our low mileage 2015 dodge journey the dash started to flicker in and out. This happened 3 days before I needed to drive from Michigan to Ohio with my family of 6 to be the best man in my friends wedding. My other reservation about getting a dealer warranty is having to hold someones feet to the fire to honor a warranty, however, my reservations about dealing with the dealership over the warranty were unwarranted. I called Matt Griffin, the sales associate who sold me the car and let him know what was going on, he referred me to the service desk where they said, "Yup, that is covered by your warranty, can you drop it off tomorrow morning?" Matt, knowing that I had a wedding to go to with my rather large family, got permission to let me use a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country that was on the lot, even though my service contract only guaranteed me "a car" not "a large car capable of moving 6 people, three of whom are in car seats". I was super happy with how this whole process was handled by their team, and in the future, I wont argue with my wife about the warranty. More
