Very poor, took 2015 Ram in for code PO18C. 3 hours of labor (@ $170/hr) latter they fixed that code but gave it back with 2 new codes PO456 and PO441. Could not reach service manager after many many tries, left 2 messages to return calls on the day of service and the next day... No reply (even now a week latter). After that his voice mail was full and didn't accept new messages. I was, and still am abandoned. I give up. Horrible customer service. Now after paying over $1,000 (almost $700 labor) I have to start over again, can't get anyone on the phone. Now I'm having to scramble and try to fix the NEW CODES MYSELF before taking truck on long honeymoon. Its been a horrible experience. Do not go here for service, you will pay asinine rates and get gouged only to be kicked out on the street with new codes and ignored. Its safe to say I am NOT a happy customer! I have little faith this review will be posted, and I have NO faith I will ever get contacted. If I pay dealership service rates I expect perfect customer service... that did not even remotely happen. More
Ziegler Grandville was quick to answer their phones and schedule an appt, when many other dealerships were not answering their phones or returning phone calls. Aside from a couple service people like Derrick and Patrick the place is awful. Made an appointment for an 8 am tire swap to winter tires and an oil change. My assigned service advisor is Bret, who has been mia, I’m thankful Patrick is keeping me up to date and trying his best. It sounds like a management issue at hand without proper staffing. My time is important as well. Very disappointed. More
Wish I could give 0 stars. Told me my transmission went out in a 2018 wrangler went somewhere else due to zeigler telling me i would need to pay $6000 for a new transmission and they couldn't help me in an out in a 2018 wrangler went somewhere else due to zeigler telling me i would need to pay $6000 for a new transmission and they couldn't help me in any way its a 2018 are you kidding me and they told me my pan was never removed and that no one ever checked anything to see what was wrong. The other place also told me the transmission for 2018 wranglers has a know issue and that its on a national back order and didn't know when a new one would be in which zeigler again did not tell me how long it would have taken or gave me an option for a loaner. I will never return to zeigler and once my lease is up I will switch my dealerships to somewhere else. You are all about money and not customer satisfaction. To add on top of all this zeigler told me my radiator was going out haha but was not. Never will I spend another dime or buy a vehicle from you. More
