I came in 3 times in 1 week for an oil change. The first time there was a long wait, so I opted to run some errands and return. When I returned the second time, I was ignored and left. The third time, I was finally able to get an oil change, after waiting over an hour and a half. The notification to change my oil is still on in my car after the oil change was completed. I should also mention I was texting back and fourth with an employee regarding customer service issues and they just stopped replying until I was sent this automated feedback request - not impressed needless to say. It’s taken 5-6 attempts to fix the same reoccurring issues. I drive my vehicle for work so I cannot go without the vehicle for more than a day without prior planning for a rental vehicle etc. I bring t issues. I drive my vehicle for work so I cannot go without the vehicle for more than a day without prior planning for a rental vehicle etc. I bring the vehicle in for a scheduled visit and most often they don’t actually start working on the vehicle until late in the afternoon or sometimes the next day. Multiple times I’ve been left without a vehicle and most often there’s no communication when to expect to have the vehicle completed. Very disorganized! Several occasions they’ve ordered parts and not notified me that they had arrived. By far the worst experience of any dealership i’ve ever worked with. More
