Gosh I wish the bulk of the problem had been the length of time to get the parts. You took an appointment for 7/22 for recalls, an oil change, and a tire rotation. I arrived and was told by Taylor that she “called me” to tell me that you actually don’t do recalls on Saturdays. I was accommodating and left my car and make your team aware that I was traveling that week and didn’t necessarily need a vehicle. Your team didn’t test the recall for over a week, so hadn’t determined that the recall had failed until 7/31. You then were definitely at the mercy or Chrysler for parts- that I understand and respect you have no control over. While it was there I asked that two additional concerns be addressed. The windshield wiper fluid was a problem, and there was a piece of trim that needed to be replaced/ repaired. My car was returned without the oil change completed or the tires rotated. There was an incredibly sub par job done to replace the trim. In the 8 weeks and 6 days you had my car, you swapped the loaner vehicle 5 times. Always while I was at work. Your team is unable to uninstall car seats so every time you needed to change my loaner I had to stop what I was doing at my place of employment (with 5 minutes notice,) and move my car seat. I finally got my car back. It however now has a check engine light on. I don’t know that you guys did- but in the two years I’ve owned this car it’s never had any issues, and now it seems to be all problems. So yes, your communication was terrible. However, I would be able to look past the bad communication if the services were completed in a timely manner (aside from receiving the part needed to do the recall which I acknowledge is out of you control,) and don’t in a standard which is consistent with a dealers service.
