We understand how frustrating it can be when you can't reach someone by phone. Our Service Advisors are busy all day helping customers, getting part quotes from the parts department, calling warranties to get approval, and checking on progress with technicians in the shop. This often means they aren't by their phone when you call and not immediately able to check voicemail. Because we know this is frustrating to customers, we started using a service called Text2Drive that improves response times considerably. It sends a welcome message after you drop your vehicle and asks you to opt in. Once you have done that, you can text your advisor and they can text you back a response. The next time you bring your car in for service, please try using Text2Drive, and we are sure you will be pleased with communication.
