We apologize for the inconvenience. Your Owner's Manual was ordered on October 2nd. Unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes to arrive. We aren't even provided with an estimated time frame. Derek and Kasandra are both watching for it, and you will be contacted the moment it arrives.
