Bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger from here and love it. The salesman Guy was great. He helped me find the car I wanted and made me laugh while doing it. Emily Brieve was great (helpful, efficient, and patient), and the experience leading up to the buying decision was fine. So far, I'm quite happy with my new Jeep. However, picking up the vehicle was a somewhat different story. Unfortunately, Emily was away and couldn't be on hand to handle the details. The paperwork wasn't ready, but that can be explained by the fact that I was a bit anxious and showed up 40 minutes early. The problem was that the vehicle wasn't ready either. I had to wait for it to be washed, it was brought to me wet, there were smears of what looked like wax on some plastic surfaces, and no one went over the operation and vehicle features with me. I'm learning the vehicle by trial and error and reading the Owner's Manual. Maybe I expected too much, but I was a little disappointed in this haphazard performance, and it had a negative affect on my "new car" experinece. More
