We were having problems with our remotes and I went to another dealer first as it was closer. Very upset as they told me nothing wrong. He even changed the car seats from my van to the new vehicle so I could pick up my kids and drive the new van at the same time. I had 2 small children with me (5yrs old & 1 1/2yrs old) and no one seemed to mind. They were talking to my kids and genuinely seemed interested in them.
