My wife and I had a really great experience. We have a very limited income but a great need for a dependable and decent car. When we got to the dealership we soon could see that there was nothing in our very limited income but a great need for a dependable and decent car. When we got to the dealership we soon could see that there was nothing in our price range. We did see some used cars that had not yet been gone through in the shop, and so they were not on the actual lot, but when our soon to be sales man came out, and saw and heard what we needed, he took us to one of the cars not yet gone through and gave us the run done and got the keys so we could take it for a drive. He was honest about the car, and was also very informative about Harold Ziegler and made us feel very comfortable with the dealership. It wasn't smooging or the over the top sales lines, he was just matte of fact, not pushy didn't manipulate with statements about how it was gonna go fast or that someone else was ready to buy it, although there was. They went above and beyond to meet us with a price and even went beyond what they had to in making sure the car looked brand new when we came to pick it up. They even had their dent guy fix a dent in the door, which was really unexpected. We were treated with respect, and made to feel at home. We were offered coffee, and showed around the offices. everyone in the sales area was truly very nice. And again not fake, not obnoxious, but just friendly and very family too. We are so grateful that God lead us there for that is what we believe after spending 2 weekends and many hours on the internet trying to find a nice car for very little money. I would be inclined to buy future vehicles from this dealership even though I live 150 miles away. They made it easy for me to close the deal and went to great lengths to deliver the car. Stopped in for an oil change and heard some "odd" noises coming from our vehicle. When we stopped in to have the oil change, they checked out the car and fixed everything in less time than the "odd" noises coming from our vehicle. My husband and I were looking for the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Patrick was able to help us informatively and efficiently. He allowed time for us to discuss the purchase without seeming push. He was friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with. We are thrilled with the Jeep and would definitely recommend HZ and more specifically, Patrick, to anyone in the market for a new car. I had to bring he car back to get detailed as I did not have time the day of purchase and was welcomed back by almost all of the employees who not only recognized me enough to say hello, but knew the type or car we had purchased as well. I have to say that this was one of the easiest and nicest experiences I have had a dealer. Usually they are "vultures" ready to attack but not here! I found the dealership and my salesman to be overall very good. The only negatives I have was that they vehicle was not at the dealership when I first cam in to look at it. There were two outstanding recall repairs that had not been made on my van. I was aware of them, but was dragging my feet getting them done. Dealership telephoned me to remind me my recall repairs hadn been made on my van. I was aware of them, but was dragging my feet getting them done.
