We went to two other Dodge dealerships that were closer to home in the Sparta area. We had a question about the Ram trucks at the 1st dealership that the sales person couldn't answer, but was going to get to home in the Sparta area. So went to another dealership in Greenville and couldn't get anyone to help us so we called Harold Zeigler they answered our questions and got us a nice deal on our Ram 1500. More

Worked with Greg on the purchase of a 2003 Sebring convertible. I felt I got a good deal on the car. The only problem was the owner only turned in one set of keys. These keys have to be programmed to convertible. I felt I got a good deal on the car. The only problem was the owner only turned in one set of keys. These keys have to be programmed to the vechile and cost $110.00 plus labor. I feel like if there is only one set of keys turned in and the owner doesn't have the other set then the dealer should make sure theres a second set provided at no cost to the buyer. Greg set it up that I would pay the 110.00 for the key and they would cover the labor. Since this was the third vechile I have purchased from this dealership I still feel that there should have been no charge to me for this key. More

I had a bad experience because I took my car in for specific repairs. I was told one of the repairs could not be completed and they charged me for the part anyways, claiming they could not take it back specific repairs. The service advisor took off $30 for the part and $25 for the labor. I should have had to pay for nothing but the labor as they claimed they did "what they were told" and not to " try it first" Next time I will go to a different advisor, if I go back More

We've bought from you before and came back do to the low pressure and great service. Our first car was a 2007 Dodge Caliber that we bought for my wife which she loved, but do to a recent addition to our fa pressure and great service.
