They don't know what rust is so WATCH OUT! BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband and I were working with Matt Griffin and Greg Ireland from out of state. We SPECIFICALLY asked if there was any rust or rust bubbles starting and we were told no rust, the body is in great shape. After driving almost 500 miles we walk up to the truck and it is COVERED with rust bubbles. The wheel well was so rusty that my husband pulled a piece of it off and could have poked his finger all the way through it. The oil pan was so rusty it was leaking in the parking lot. They said they would more than make it up to us on another vehicle, but they couldn't, so we were handed our check back and told sorry. No gift card or anything to help for the gas and miles we put on our vehicle. Thanks for putting 1000 more miles on my vehicle and costing us $500 for YOUR mistake! More

HZ contacted this dealership and made a purchase of the vehicle and picked it up-brought it back to their dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this truck had additional options then the one I had been looking at on their lot. Still, the price I paid for the truck remained the same much to my surprise. One month after this purchase my daughter had an encounter with four deer in the roadway when she was coming home from work and her 2005 Mazda 6 was totaled. I contacted Pete and met my daughter at the dealership and she found a good used 2012 Journey AWD on their internet. This vehicle was on a Zeigler lot in Downers Grove, Illinois. My daughter said she wanted it and Pete made it happen. I arranged to come in for the test drive the next evening and arrived to find the car is indeed in Indiana. I had also asked about the power steering problems prevalent with this year Explorer and he was to email or call me with the result... no answers... no car. HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME DRIVING OUT OF MY WAY TO TEST DRIVE. LIED TO ME. DID NOT DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD. More
