Hi stopped in for a tire rotation and oil change told about 45 minutes which was ok after a 1hr and half went to check on Jeep it was on the hoist about 45 mins later went to see what was taking so long about 45 minutes which was ok after a 1hr and half went to check on Jeep it was on the hoist about 45 mins later went to see what was taking so long it was parked along the building advisor was no where to be found had another advisor print my paperwork then she also had to print to sticker for the window of the jeep very dissatisfied with the service More

Being new customer I used the website and it was a disaster. I had an appointment for service but cancelled because I knew it would be a long time before I got my car back.
