I am very disappointed! My vehicle had rear pad replaced and after having to take it back to get the brake pads replaced twice because they constantly made a loud squeaking s My vehicle had rear pad replaced and after having to take it back to get the brake pads replaced twice because they constantly made a loud squeaking sound when being driven they refused to replace them again and fix the problem that their defective brakes caused this is issue, til this day it's still making that noise but according to the dealer their policy only let's them replace defective parts twice, so I guess what I paid for this service was a waste of my money because now I will have to go to an outside mechanic to get "their" defective brake pads fixed. Since they aren't able to. More

Sat at dealership for 3 hrs waiting for an oil change that was originally quoted at 90 minutes. Service advisor said he didn’t think I was in a hurry and put some politicians corvette ahead of me. After that was originally quoted at 90 minutes. Service advisor said he didn’t think I was in a hurry and put some politicians corvette ahead of me. After 3 hrs I finally am advised on other services needed which added 2 more hours. Very fast talker, felt more like was trying to sell me vs actually advising what my car needed. When I take my Ford in, I get a video walkthrough of the inspection with any needed recommendations sent via text within 20 minutes. $30 discrepancy between itemized charges and totals. Billing makes no sense. Can’t see me bringing my business back here. More
