We took our 2021 Corvette in for a transmission fluid and oil change, and we were charged $904.00 for the transmission fluid change. We called other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, and they quoted us pri oil change, and we were charged $904.00 for the transmission fluid change. We called other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, and they quoted us prices over $250 cheaper. The oil change was $190. We have been continually disappointed in Zeigler. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them and tried to purchase a 5th. When trying to purchase the 5th they wanted to charge us $14,000 over the advertised sticker price. Obviously, we did not purchase that vehicle. We did purchase it 2 weeks later from a different dealership. Zeigler also tried to charge us $5,000 over sticker price on the Corvette. The Corvette has had a transmission problem and Chevrolet refuses to fix it! We thought we would give them one last chance to service our 2021 Corvette and they proved to be money hungry! However, in fairness, Rich from the service department is a wonderful person. He truly tries to help the customers. More
Brought our car in to sell it to the dealership. We had several offers of $16,000 for our car. We thought we'd give Zeigler a chance since we bought 4 cars from them. They came back with a low ball offer of $13,000. What an insult. For the record, we received $16,000 for our car. We will never do business with this dealership again. More
RIchard, as always, professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant, and honest. He is an individual that this car dealership should be thankful that he is the Service manager. I brought my car in because my check engine light was on. Zeigler was quick to identify the problem. The part the car needed was on back order and took awhile to come in, but they kept me updated along the w Zeigler was quick to identify the problem.
