I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on 8/23/23. I arrived around 10:45 am. My car was taken back from the service bay entrance relatively quickly. However, it took just over 3 hours before I received my car back. I was not provided with updates as to any delays. It was not until I went back to ask my service advisor what the delay was around 1:45 pm that I was told the guys were busy and behind. He also said he was on hold with the company that manages the maintenance plan I purchased when I bought the car to authorize payment. I understand it was busy and it was uncomfortably hot; however, 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment? More
I received two recall notices. I called and was told I had to wait until parts were available before scheduling an appointment. After taking the car in for service for the because, I was told that the part needs to be ordered and I need to come back and get the part installed. This is not convenient, and I am very disappointed that the part was not available as I was told it would be. More
Third time I've had my car in for the same problem and it's still not fixed. On top of that, I now have a new issue. The ad I saw for this car listed the price as $31,999. They refused to sell me the car for that price insisting that it had a ceramic coating on the paint and therefore they could not sell the car for less than $33,994. Since the time of my purchase, I've requested proof of the ceramic coating on three occasions, but they have been unable to provide any such documentation. I agreed to purchase the LoJack antitheft which quit working after four months. More
