The service I scheduled was not the service I received. Very disappointed! I scheduled a 15,000 mile maintenance and all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. I spoke with three different individuals regarding what was included in the 15,000 mile maintenance. I scheduled my appointment brought my car in and when I picked my car up all that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. When I questioned all the other things that should’ve been done they said oh that’s in the 30,000 mile maintenance. Seriously? Then, after I pick my car up, my husband got a call from the dealership saying “I see you were in for service and was wondering if you would be interested in trading in your vehicle and upgrading! Unbelievable! Losing trust in Zeigler! More

Usually I have nothing bad to say about this dealership but today service took 2 hours to do a scheduled oil change. Not to mention while I was waiting, some of the salesmen were making crude/sexual jokes but today service took 2 hours to do a scheduled oil change. Took my vehicle in for a coolant leak. Upon picking up my vehicle found 2 grease hand prints on my hood, drivers door handle was scuffed with blue paint(from shop hoist/lift) mentioned thi Upon picking up my vehicle found 2 grease hand prints on my hood, drivers door handle was scuffed with blue paint(from shop hoist/lift) mentioned this to a service advisor. Told me a manager would call me. He never called me. Got home next morning truck is still leaking coolant. Had to take it back in. Called my service advisor to make an appointment , never got a call back. Had to call them myself again to set up an appointment. Not happy at all with this past service visit. More
