Terrible service! Twice we have taken the car in for maintenance with specific questions and concerns. We dropped off the car the first time and when we came back to p Twice we have taken the car in for maintenance with specific questions and concerns. We dropped off the car the first time and when we came back to pick it up we were told all the service people left for the day so nobody was available to answer those questions or explain what they saw during the maintenance of the car! The second time we took the car in for an oil change and asked them to check the life on the battery. We waited 3 hours for an appointment we had scheduled. They just kept telling us the were working on it…3 hours for an oil change and battery check! We had to eventually go to the showroom floor to find a person because nobody was in the service area. We were handed our paperwork and when we asked the life on the battery the woman at the checkout had to go find someone in service to answer the question. The guy looked at our paperwork and never gave us a straight answer! We are never coming back to this dealership! They could care less! I reached out to the guy we were dealing with later that day to file a complaint and he never bothered to get back to me so what does that tell you! More
