My wife and I bought 2 cars at Zeigler chevy at the same time, I took my 2024 Traverse in to have them fix the rear seat headrest, I was there for almost 1 hr and they come back and said oh that is a recall time, I took my 2024 Traverse in to have them fix the rear seat headrest, I was there for almost 1 hr and they come back and said oh that is a recall and we do not have the parts (do not know why it took so long for that). then when I went to leave my drivers seat was pulled up and my back rest was laying down, (not the way I left it), then I take my Traverse in for it's first oil change and I had made an appointment the week before and when I get to the dealership they tell me I do not have an appointment, and all the person did was say "oh well sorry" and walked away, I called the service manager and He finnially called me back and after a conversation he said bring it right back and they would get it done, then when I do get back to the dealership the service manager was on the phone and he said just go set down and he would get it taken care of, so I waited another hour to get the oil changed and the service manager comes in and hands me the paperwork and says your cars is parked out there, and walks away, at no time did the service manager or anyone else come talk to me about what had happened, there customer service is worthless they just don't care about customers. I would give a negative score if I could. More
