Unnecessary Repair I brought my company car in to replace the water pump which just started pouring anti-freeze out the bottom of the Traverse. This was a $600 repair. I brought my company car in to replace the water pump which just started pouring anti-freeze out the bottom of the Traverse. This was a $600 repair. But, Rich Garland added a $2,000 "oil leak" to the bill they charged my fleet management company. This vehicle spends every weeknight on my concrete driveway. If there was an oil leak, I would have seen it on my driveway. It would have been impossible to miss this "oil drip" (his categorization - not an oil seep) without my knowledge. At a minimum, this repair was not necessary. Since this oil situation did not need immediate repair, Rich should have simply advised us to keep an eye on it instead of pushing the repair through. I do NOT recommend this service center. I will never bring my vehicle there again. More

Dreadful Oh Mr. Joe Reed!!!! After working with our very pleasant salesman Jason for 3 hours. We had the pleasure of working with JOE REED!! What a "treat" t Oh Mr. Joe Reed!!!! Not only was I repulsed by his scent of cigarettes that was more important then the car his colleague was trying to sell, but he was the rudest and most insincere person I have encountered in a long while. As an individual with a higher position you would think different. He never said hello or introduced himself and he refused to speak calmly or as if he even knew I was about to purchase a vehicle. On top of that he ended the conversation with slamming the desk and storming off. The hardest part of this to me was the lack of consideration he had for the Jason , who was very polite and just trying to work with us. I will never return here and I told Jason this is principle and I just can not go on with the deal. Unfortunately for Ziegler and Jason they have a bigger problem on there hands. That would be Mr. Joe Reed. This was only one sale but I was also considering a second car to buy. Wow would that have been great for Jason and Ziegler. Well I am off to Bredemann Chevrolet to try again. Do not worry Joe I will send you some pictures and tweet about it later. More

Once I arrived at the dealership they offered me a $500 discount on the damaged vehicle. They refused to fix it properly and only offered to "piece" it back together. Demetrius Maravelas was rude and totally unprofessional. They stated they would not be reporting the accident on CarFax and have relisted the vehicle on their website for 20,999, two thousand dollars more than before. If they are willing to hide accidents that their employees cause to vehicles I would not trust them and certainly would not purchase anything from Ziegler Chevrolet. More
