Patient, not pushy at all, friendly sales people Ashlee reusch (spell check) was one of the most patient, courteous, friendly sales associate I have ever came across with.her and the rest of the Zeig Ashlee reusch (spell check) was one of the most patient, courteous, friendly sales associate I have ever came across with.her and the rest of the Zeigler Chevrolet employees treated me with respect and helped me out with any of my vehicle needs. I made a deal for a truck that the initial sales person took me to look at to start, amber totorello discussed it with me wrote it up very specific equipment .she was very clear about the different features and we only looked at one truck . slept on their finally counter offer that she and the sneaky little sales manager came up with and called in the morning to come out to purchase it. when I got there she said she had went through the truck had it cleaned up and was ready for me to take it home after we did the financing was over. went into the financing room where the finance person tried to short me 100 dollars but I caught him right away. finished that then told everyone I would be back with my son to pick up the truck in an hour or so. that's when the trickery and deception started. I started to put my clothes and paperwork into the truck when my son noticed that a few of the things I told him it had in the car ride were not there. THEY SWITCHED THE TRUCK> THATS RIGHT< THEY REPLACED THE TRUCK WE HAD BARGAINED FOR WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT < LESS EQUIPPED TRUCK> I brought it to amber attention and she didn't even act surprised. she was definetly aware of the switch. at that point my blood pressure was going through the roof . wheres my money I demanded . the sneaky little salesman started shaking knowing that he had been caught started to stutter and shake. and handed me 4500.00 right then and there. he was prepared togive it back immediately as soon as he was caught. to avoid a scene . then tried to whisk me out the door to avoid everybody knowing he was caught along with amber on a scam. they were hoping I wouldn't notice and just drive off the lot then would have no recourse. because the vin number on the documents I sgned were of the switched vehicle not thr one they sold me. She has a great grasp for what a customer's needs and wants are and does everything in her power to make the customer satisfied. They were MORE than willing to work with me to find a price that I'm comfortable with! The greatest experience a customer can get from a car dealer is being in an environment where the customer does not feel intimidated to and feels empowered with the decisions they make. Tanja and Danny Payne worked great together to do just that! I love my new car! More

First Class Service Jay Conway was excellent to work with, he was very friendly, and his focus was on customer service. He asked us multiple times, what did we want to know about the car. He did not try to upsell us or sell us a different car than what we came in for. He was absolutely awesome to our kids, keep in mind the ENTIRE staff was as well. Shopping for a car with a 5 year old and 2 year old is a challenge, but everyone at Zeigler was amazing. We definitely will recommend, and hopefully buy from Zeigler again. First class experience. More
5 star experience with Jay Conway It was refreshing to have a 5 star experience with Jay Conway after a horrific experience I endured with a different sales person 2 weeks prior. N It was refreshing to have a 5 star experience with Jay Conway after a horrific experience I endured with a different sales person 2 weeks prior. Not only was Jay very understanding of my family's needs but he was also patient with my questions and concerns with finding a vehicle that was the right fit and at a fair price. He truly went above and beyond sharing his expertise by thoroughly explaining everything about the vehicle I purchased. He even took the time pair my phones, suggest XM stations to program and set up my OnStar account...all before I drove off the lot. Now that's customer service! I also appreciate that Jay extended his vast knowledge and excellent customer service skills beyond the day of my purchase. Unlike some sales people who are finished with you once you drive off the lot and they've received their commission; Jay was the total opposite. He continues to extend selfless customer service and has even called or texted to follow up to be sure the vehicle suits our needs and that all is well. SN: My 5 stars ratings reflect my experience with Jay. The other ratings reflect my previous experience the Zeigler dealership. If you are wondering why I came back to Zeigler, I had to do so to try to resolve the fiasco they created during my initial purchase. Jay helped with that. More
wow are u serious I just received a phone call from a representative of the company who's attitude was worse than the sales man was the day I came in. She also tells me that the person I talked to does not have employment with your company.....both of them,the salesman an the lie telling lady named kiesha,mysteriously disappeared. I hung up because she was rude an impolite. I'm glad this happend,why would I buy a car from service people like this. Thanks for making the choice easy. Good day every one. More
