Rude, Won't follow through on their Word, Horrible. I brought my car in on an insurance claim, for flooding and was assured everything would be taken care of and fixed to how it was PRIOR to the floodin I brought my car in on an insurance claim, for flooding and was assured everything would be taken care of and fixed to how it was PRIOR to the flooding. When I picked up the car, I checked it over and The seat motor didn't work, I went in and talked to Dennis who was very inconvenienced by me asking him to come and check the car that was not fixed properly. Once out to the car he claimed nothing was wrong with it, until i went to move the seat and it wouldn't move and when it would it would grind horribly. Dennis assured me that it would be fixed properly as I quote "What ever is wrong with it is our fault as we tore everything out of the car to fix it". He told me to look the car over again and call him the next day to schedule a time to bring it in. I called the next day (Wednesday) and he told me to bring it in the following Monday, once I did, I was told that they had no loaner cars available, A simply phone call and we could have rescheduled this but I had to drive out of my way and leave work early to accommodate the time that he leaves, but no I didn't find out until I got there and then had to bring it in Wednesday and get it looked at. When I pick it up from there I am told that no technician would ever fail that motor as it worked fine but it makes a loud noise every time it is used. It was not fixed to the proper way it was before and after i was assured it would be fixed as it was your fault, I am told that there is nothing that can be done because it is not faulty when it obliviously is. I am now dealing with insurance about this matter and am planning on taking my car to a more reputable and trustworthy dealership who doesn't try to scam their customers and the insurance companies by adding charges that are not on the final bill. More

worse than a nightmare I couldn't imagine a customer service that would be any worse than the nightmare I've been through with this dealership. People are absolutely mean an I couldn't imagine a customer service that would be any worse than the nightmare I've been through with this dealership. People are absolutely mean and disrespectful!!! They made me cry! All started with Rocky, who offered a discount of $130 for a car, or suggested to buy it elsewhere. Once I was back (which was clearly a mistake that proved I didn't learn my lesson the first time) I worked with another guy, who was able to negotiate with me, then told me to write a check for the car. After that, I was sitting there for 2 hours with no reason, I don't even have an idea what were they doing, since I was just left alone. After this long waiting time I was invited to a financial manager room(or should I say to a rude probably uneducated trashy guy's room?), who was literally talking to me as if I came there to beg for a favor or anything like that, not to become a customer and support their business by giving them my money. This guy named Nick told me my personal check (that again they told me to write) could not be accepted. There was the dumbest explanation of the reasons why, which my bank later confirmed to have no sense. Basically it was "your check number is 124, which means during your entire life you've issued only 124 checks, which leads us to the conclusion that you are not allowed to write a check for such a big sum of money (wt xxxx?). By the way, when I was calling my bank, these "MANAGERS" (better to say clowns) were laughing behind my back discussing me, and later Nick made a statement that I am reacting like a baby after I heard the fact they wouldn't sell me anything. Once I asked whether I can talk to the owner he answered laughing "yeah, good luck with that, he is in Michigan". I swear this parody of a human made me cry. The next morning for some reason I still thought I would go and complete the deal, so I made a call and confirmed that the car is there, that they are waiting for me with the bank issued check. Once I was in the line at the bank, Jose called me and said - "oh, by the way, the car was sold, don't come here".... I don't know why the owner thinks that letting idiots run his business is a good idea, but I will never come back. These people deserve no customers or sales at all! I am really happy I didn't buy anything with them and became a happy owner of A BETTER car for the same price from Libertyville Chevrolet, where people truly know how to treat a customer and hold professional relationships. More

Bait and Switch. CLASSIC Bait and Switch. Called thursday to set up an appointment for saturday for a specific Tahoe. Got the first appointment Saturday, 9am, we wal CLASSIC Bait and Switch. Called thursday to set up an appointment for saturday for a specific Tahoe. Got the first appointment Saturday, 9am, we walked in, waited 40 minutes before "ashley" came over, the person our appointment was with. She never came. Chuck took over and he had our information. The Tahoe that we spoke about was gone, on a dealer trade. Awesome, did Ashley call us, no. So the advertised deal that we saw with them was for a lease of a Tahoe, $3999 down, and $612 a month. Chuck found another Tahoe in the area, with the same MSRP that the one we had, and all of a sudden, we needed $3,999 down and $799 a month. We explained to him why we came in, because of that deal, and he mumbled that the advertised rate is not accurate. I then said your website states you match chicago land prices, i showed him an add from Jennings, that had the same MSRP that the Tahoe we were looking at, $1599 down, $549 a month. He said their are hidden fees in that ad, despite the ad clearly saying no hidden fees. He essentially blew us off, as did the dealership. Very poor experience. The best part of the experience, was getting home, and getting an automated email from Chuck displaying the Tahoe that we "looked at" today, it was the Tahoe they dealer traded away. More

Unnecessary Repair I brought my company car in to replace the water pump which just started pouring anti-freeze out the bottom of the Traverse. This was a $600 repair. But, Rich Garland added a $2,000 "oil leak" to the bill they charged my fleet management company. This vehicle spends every weeknight on my concrete driveway. If there was an oil leak, I would have seen it on my driveway. It would have been impossible to miss this "oil drip" (his categorization - not an oil seep) without my knowledge. At a minimum, this repair was not necessary. Since this oil situation did not need immediate repair, Rich should have simply advised us to keep an eye on it instead of pushing the repair through. I do NOT recommend this service center. I will never bring my vehicle there again. More
