Having previously purchased a new 2011 Equinox V-6 AWD LTZ with trailer group and 19"chrome wheel/tire combo and thoroughly enjoying the new car buying experience at Ziegler from start to finish, I decide LTZ with trailer group and 19"chrome wheel/tire combo and thoroughly enjoying the new car buying experience at Ziegler from start to finish, I decided to stop by Ziegler on the a.m. of Dec. 5, 2012 where I was graciously introduced to Sales Consultant"Samantha Temple", who then reintroduced me to General Mgr. Frank Psyhogios, Finance Director Benjamin Trush, Customer Service Relations Mgr. Bob La Mantia, and Service Advisor Tracy Mulcahy, all of whom tirelessly and dillegently worked together to aquaint me with all of the 2013 Malibu models, answering all of my lengthy questions exhibiting great listening skills, and patience with me ulimately resulting in a miraculous location and delivery of my first choice; a crystal red tintcoat 2013 Malibu 2.0 LTZ 2LZ with the 19" wheel, and tire combo, and the lovely neutral/cocoa leather interior, professionally topping off the whole deal with a transfer of the remaining extended warranty and service contract from my 2011 Equinox with 3,700 miles on it, to the new 2013 malibu resulting in a smooth and unforgetably positive buisness transaction.My thanks to Onstar operators"La Ney" and "Amy" for activating my bluetooth and "Onstar"Now this the first car I've ever owned that was not a year end model, and Inever thought a 4 cylinder could drive so smoothly. Ca't wait for the all wheel drive versions of the new Impala V-6 LTZ, Impala(Caprice)SS, Trax/Tracker CUV, and the Code 130R SS with kevlar tires and Cadillac's ATS-V motor stuffed inside!!!!***!!! BEWARE!!! This was the worst experience looking for a car that I ever had to deal with. They promise to help people with bad credit, but instead they try to put you in a vehicle that you really can not affor that I ever had to deal with. ALWAYS check the blue book value before signing anything. This dealer is very unprofessional and i will be making a complaint.NEVER and I mean NEVER visit ZIEGLER CHEVROLET of SCHAUMBURG. From the moment we walked into the showroom at Zeigler Chevrolet it was such a pleasnt experience. I was looking to trade in my 2012 VW Jetta to purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze to lower my payments. Amber and the entire Zeigler team were incredible to work with. They delivered everything as promised. They are both professional and friendly to work with as well as competitive in pricing. We recommend Zeigler to anybody interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet vehicle. Our experience with them has exceeded expectations. More

I found through this extremely long process, to be most satisfied with Benny Alvarez, Salesperson at Ziegler Chevrolet. He corresponded with me via email a ridiculous amount of times because I had so many questions and wanted to get the best vehicle at the right price. I also went into the the dealership to test drive the vehicle three times. Benny was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, I met with Preston. He was very friendly and thorough. Bottom line is this...if you want an awesome vehicle (great features, roomy, and unbelievably good gas mileage) go see Benny Alvarez at Ziegler Chevrolet in Schaumburg. More

I scheduled a service appointment and they scheduled me on a holiday, when they weren't open. How they even managed that is beyond me. However, I did bring my car in because I did not realize they were not on a holiday, when they weren't open. How they even managed that is beyond me. However, I did bring my car in because I did not realize they were not open on this holiday, and of course when I get there, they were closed. I called the next morning and the service manager apologized and got me an appointment within the hour. It took them 5 hours to find out what was wrong and didn't even fix anything because for some reason, nothing was covered under my warranty. Which is fine, but I opted not to have the problems fixed. Allen called me to tell me my car was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up, he acted like I wasn't supposed to be there and said "I should have waited for another call to pick it up". I told him he never told me to wait for another call. He said it was ready at any time, so I assumed any time meant just that! Then he disappears for 20 minutes, comes back, just hands me my keys and says "I'll mail you the receipt because you're obviously in a hurry and can't wait". I proceeded to tell him his attitude was not necessary, and he said I could have at least gave him 10-20 minutes to get my car ready before I showed up. I did give him that much time, because it takes that long for me to even drive there. It was also a very rare 105 degree day in Illinois and their waiting area had a full line of soft drinks but no cups for anyone to drink out of. Nice. I will NEVER go back to this dealership after being treated like complete garbage. They were the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I had an appointment at another dealership later this week and I wish I would have went there instead. I would recommend going to any other dealership than this one to have your car fixed. More
