However it was on a car I did not want. The entire time I was working with my salesman, Chuck, he was working with another couple, this while moderately annoying, I could overlook it as the process takes a long time. My problem is that as it was getting late, I was close to making a deal but not sure & was told to take the car home & that the paperwork I was signing was just in case I didn’t come back, I was liable for the vehicle. Nothing would be done to my car, “that is not how we do business, we are not out to take advantage of you” were the exact words I was told. However, when I contacted them to make an appointment to come back & get my vehicle I was told it was a done deal, my car had been taken to get repairs & that I owned the new car. The salesman who was once very helpful, was short & completely unwilling to work with me. I offered to pay for all the repairs that had been done, & said I was willing to do anything to get my car back, it was right there for crying out loud couldn’t I buy it back? “There is nothing we can do for you, we are not in the business of returning cars” he said & curtly got off the phone with me. I am very surprised that an unhappy customer did not phase this dealership in the least, they did nothing to help rectify the situation even after I offered to do anything necessary. I will be leaving reviews everywhere I can possibly find, so that hopefully the dealership will see & will right what was wrong, & so no one else gets taken advantage of. More
Bob Lamantia is probably the best car salesman I've ever met! He is enthusiastic and sincere about the product, and is forthright in telling people what is going on. I was very nervous when I came in to purchase a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic about two months back. He walked me through the entire process, and made me feel like a human being rather than just another sale, which is something a lot of salespeople, autos or otherwise, don't do nowadays. He worked very hard and, along with the finance manager, got me a good financing deal on the car. He made the impossible come true for me, and I am one very satisfied customer. Bob gets a 10 out of 10 in my book! More

Bob was great to work with. We got a price from Hartford insurance and bob was the person we worked with. He called initially and we told him we needed a few days to think it over. We didn't go to the other dealers that contacted us because some of them called 3 times a day after we told them to give us some time. When the car we agreed upon could not be obtained, Bob kept trying until her found one that would satisfy us. He is very polite and treated me as an equal to my husband. I have found that is not always the case when buying a car. More

What a great experience! I was initially nervous about the whole car buying experience but the team at Zeigler Chevrolet was so friendly and accommodating. They took their time and first listened to what type of car my family needed. They presented a couple different options and even explained why the Cruze probably wasn't a good option due to the size of the vehicle vs. the amount of family members I have. We went on a few test drives and we ended up choosing the Chevy Malibu. I can't be happier with my vehicle choice and with the team at Zeigler. I really think highly of Jerry Spanier (General Sales Manager) and the Zeigler team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great job Zeigler Chevrolet! More

We were greeted promptly by bob, he knew his product very well as well as other competitors vehicles. He was able to get what we needed for our trade in and still sell the new vehicle for a lower price, with well as well as other competitors vehicles.
