BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I just bought jeep 2014 on 07-16-2018. I brought the car back on 07-18-2018 to the car dealership. The jeep did not wanted start on 07-17-2018, Call I just bought jeep 2014 on 07-16-2018. I brought the car back on 07-18-2018 to the car dealership. The jeep did not wanted start on 07-17-2018, Call the dealership and left several message for both sales manager and General Manager. No call back at all. Drove to the car dealership on 07-18-2018. spoke to the sales manager about the problem and got nowhere . the sales manager refuse to honor the Zeigler Chevrolet Promise Love it or bring it back. BAD BAD BAD. Never again. More
Dishonest Watch it if you go there. We went to this dealership with a previous appointment. I was told that since they don't have my car in stock they can get one within 24 hours. I gave them the exact specifications and options. After a back and forth game between the salesman and the manager, we agreed on a price. They asked for a deposit of $2500.00 which I agreed. I also asked them for a receipt showing the exact car that I was getting. They kept asking me to trust them, but after I insisted to see the order form, I found out that they were getting me to sign for a different car which did not have any of the options but still had the same price. After I caught their trick, they told me that they can add the options when the car gets there. However some of the options were Factory installed and they could not justify their claim. More

Wasted our time - horrible communication and no process Horrible experience... We called to check availability of a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The phone sales person said the car was still available for sale Horrible experience... We called to check availability of a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The phone sales person said the car was still available for sale and was "on the lot". We made an appointment to see it. We received a text confirming the appointment. I texted when we were on our way to the dealership (a 45 minute drive) and the response was that we were "all set" to see the car. We got to the dealership, gave my license and were "logged in"... after waiting for 20 minutes for the car to be brought to the front of the dealership lot, we were told (rudely) that the car had been loaned out before we had arrived. The car was not there and would not be back for days. This dealership has a communication problem and a process issue that does not hold a car that people have an appointment to see.. After we said that we were not interested in the car any more, I received a text saying that we had an appointment in 3 days to see the car. We had no interest but were still receiving texts for an appointment that we did not make. And this was on a "Customer Appreciation Day". I guess the focus was on a service customer not a sales customer. More

Horrible Service all around!!!!!!! My husband found a 2017 Suburban online and I had called down asking them to hold the car for me as I was driving over 3 hours to come check it out. I had given her the VIN #, Stock # and vehicle description with mileage & price. As I was driving down I received a call confirming my test drive to see above stated vehicle. I arrived to a group of employees smoking right out front (looked unprofessional). I entered the building to music so loud I felt like I was in a night club! Jose came right up to me & I told him I was early for an appointment to see the Suburban. He got the keys and I got in. I immediately stated the interior color was incorrect. I specifically wanted black interior. We took the ride around the block, as I was driving I noticed that the truck did not have the 2nd row captain seats and did not have the moonroof. The only matching description was the 2017 Black Exterior and stock # on the keychain. He told me there was another 2017 black Suburban on the lot. He opened the doors & that was the correct vehicle!. Price was $8000 more!!!! I puled out my printed sheet from the online ad and told him this was the vehicle and price I came to look at and it better be the correct price. We went inside and he went on the computer and pointed out to me what I had seen was incorrect that I printed off the wrong listing. I asked him when they changed the internet posting as I had just called yesterday afternoon and had my sheet printed yesterday! I again pulled out the sheet and we matched up the numbers, he went again and talked to the manager and came back with another guy (name?) who told me he believed me and "they" had caught the mistake and had changed the internet posting at midnight! Yah right, you just changed it now because I called my husband & he was looking at it on the computer at home while I was in the dealership, then it changed. I asked them what they were going to do as they admitted finally they made a mistake and I had driven over 3 hrs to get there and they told me NOTHING! Could have offered to negotiate a price of the correct vehicle or fill my gas tank up since I wasted a day driving. What scam artists they have working there! I leave and again witness a group of smoking employees outside the front doors....nothing better to do since they can't keep customers in the doors. We should have read all these experiences prior to traveling out of state purchase! Next day I get a call asking about my service....I laughed. The lady expressed empathy and apologized for my horrible service and was also surprised they did not offer anything else. My husband called the head corporate office and they never even returned his call! I didn't even want to rate this a 1 Star, but they don't allow a no Star option More
Worst Experience of my Life I made an appointment to see a new car that I was interested in. Mind you, I made it the day before I went into the dealership. I got constant reminde I made an appointment to see a new car that I was interested in. Mind you, I made it the day before I went into the dealership. I got constant reminders to make sure to make my appointment. I received a call at 8 am, the morning of the day I went to the dealership, saying that the car I was looking at is ready and I will be able to see it when I get in. I was excited. I get to the dealership and of course the car was told by salesman that it, "it was just sold last night." What a coincidence. Anyways, I let that lie go, hoping that I could look at another car. So we choose another car to look at, turns out he can't find that car either. It does not even exist. I sat down at the salesmen's desk for 15 minutes as I watched him run around like a chicken with his head cut off. So, I asked to see one more car, the salesmen takes us to the back of the dealership and says it is still getting prepped and that I would have to wait 30 minutes. But in the meantime, I was instructed to look at the other cars. So I looked, was not impressed. The entire time I was there, I was not shown a car. What an absolute joke. I get a dealership has to get people in the door, but I was not up for the bait and switch. Especially when the cars the salesmen was looking for did not exist or maybe they did and he was just a moron. After I left, the manager called me and asked what happened and I told him exactly what I wrote here. He did not respond to the poor customer service, but he did say he would give me a call when the care was done being prepped. Long story short, I never got the call. But in the end, I have to thank Zeigler Chevroley in Schaumburg. If it wasn't for the worst possible customer experience I or any of my family had ever experienced, I wouldn't have found my dream car at Castle Chevy. The process to see the car was smooth, the numbers worked out, and everyone treated me with respect, I was treated more than just a customer. Everything happens for a reason. But one thing is for sure, I will never deal with these xxxxxxxx at Zeigler ever again. Goodbye and goodluck. More
