Typical dealer. They did not pay off the car I traded in. I received a letter from the previous lender saying that the payoff amount was short. My sales team yesterday was WORLD CLASS! !! Tony Horton in sales and Nick in finance are the best of the best. I walked in 30 minutes late for my appointment and they still got me right in. !! I was not hopeful that I was gonna walk out with the truck that I wanted and I still cannot believe that I did! Tony was straight forward and didn’t push to sell me on something I didn’t need or want which I love. This is how sales should be. Honest and truthful. He got me financed and we got everything done pretty quickly. Then we saw Nick and honestly nicest man I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! I worked for Zeigler years ago and let me tell you it is a night and day difference in a great way! Honestly I felt like I was apart of the Zeigler family again! I will always do business with these 2 in the future! Thank you guys for all you did!!! More
fake prices online. I regret not going to Advantage Chevrolet to take my trade-in. Like Zeigler, The reason why I went to Zeigler Chevrolet was that it is closer to home, do not get involved with this dealership, they put hidden charges on you, that in the end, you end up paying almost double or more than the price they have online even if you arrive with a good credit score. If you ask about all the charges that are in the contract, they tell you that they are charges for one thing and another, stupid charges that in the end, they end up in their pockets. Rude service in the financing department. I pray for these supposedly very professional people that they stop deceiving people God take care of them I have faith that there will be justice in heaven. It's amazing how these mysterious "deposits" kept falling through. And I have no doubt that they would try to charge me the "inflation fee" if I did go back. They are scammers and liars. I'm going to Carvana instead, where the availability and cost are certain. At least I wasted Zeigler's time by test driving the car. Now I know I want it, from someone else. More
Purchased a Traverse in January and love the car, but the option for the heated seats and steering wheel needed the module. It was told that it would be taken care of soon and possibly we could take our veh option for the heated seats and steering wheel needed the module.
