I was there few days ago, and we had a great experience shopping with Eddy Romero. He was kind, charismatic and answered all of my questions with no rush and not in a pushy matter. Which also made us feel shopping with Eddy Romero. He was kind, charismatic and answered all of my questions with no rush and not in a pushy matter. Which also made us feel comfortable about buying from you! I will be recommending him as a sales man with all of my family and friends! More
I wished I saw all the negative reviews on here before I wasted my time dealing with this dealer. They put attractive prices online to allure customers in but surprise you with numerous fees they put on to wasted my time dealing with this dealer. They put attractive prices online to allure customers in but surprise you with numerous fees they put on top of the price after they hit your credit and everything. Paint Protection, $1,500, Dealership Package for $2,400, etc, Our price was 6K higher than what they put online. The manager and the finance guy came out one by one try to make “deals” scratching some of the fees off but still $3K above the advertised price. The sales tactics they use is absolutely an insult to educated and sophisticated customers. I’ve never experienced this nonsense with any of the Lexus dealers. I will go back to them. More

This has to be the worst dealership, never answer calls, nobody calls you back, the service department sucks, couldn’t even fix the overhead console on my 2018 Silverado. Left numerous messages no reply. I nobody calls you back, the service department sucks, couldn’t even fix the overhead console on my 2018 Silverado. Left numerous messages no reply. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My Sales guy was good, that’s the only good thing that came out of Ziegler Chevy. More

I would leave Ziegler’s a 0 if it were an option. All they do is lie to get a sale. I purchased my Traverse 05/20, and have heard nothing but lies! I took a half day vacation to test drive a “new” Traverse that the dealer website listed as having under 10 miles on it. After driving an hour I learned it had 4500 miles and the vehicle had nicks and loose trim around one of the wheels wells. On top of that, they wanted $4k more than the listed internet price. The salesman was very rude. Don’t waste your time at this dealer. I bought an actual new Traverse from a reputable dealer the same day. This dealer is making Chevy look bad. More

You can decide on your own but in my opinion the magnitude of deception and predatory Sales practice was above the norms of typical sales transactions. I contacted the Zeigler Chevrolet in Schaumburg via Autotrader. I was interested in certified Chevy Volts. Zeigler had some, however they were not listed as certified. I asked the dealer two questions: 1) Is it possible to certify the car? 2) If so, how much does it cost to certify? I received a response from Veronica – “Internet Concierge” on Saturday stating that certification is definitely an “option”. That left me with one last question – how much it costs to certify. I called the dealer and talked to Karla. She declined to provide me even a range and pushed aggressively for me to come to the dealer. They said they were very busy, so we agreed on specific time. Karla said the car will be brought up / disinfected and I should ask for her. I arrived at the dealer at the time we agreed upon but Karla was nowhere to be found. A random sales associate said he would take care of me. The car I discussed with Karla, was not ready and it had to be pulled as there were 2 other cars in front of it. The car was covered with ice and snow. To my surprise the sales associate affirmed that – ALL their volts are certified. Now - I was confused since Veronica stated it was an “option” and the listing did not mention a word about cars being certified. We went to price discussion. The listing on the dealer’s website was $13,650 – I expected extra $1500 for tax doc fee etc. so roughly $15,200 The Sales associate came and ask me to pay ~$21,000!!! They claimed there is extra $1500 “protection” – $2,800 extra for certification plus some other fees. The dealer asked me how much I was willing to pay. He came back after talking to his manager and said they can do $13,650 + $2,800 for certification plus tax. In essence - they high balled to see if it “sticks” and then they lowered the price given my apprehension. From my perspective the lack of respect for me as customer was just disappointing. At this point I was done with heir deceptional sales practice and left the dealer. I understand we all try to make money and it costs to run the business; however, these sales practices are simply offending and predatory. Beware of them - don’t get excited about the car and find a dealer that can treat you fairly and with dignity. These guys have a lot to learn if they want to stay in the business. Thank you for your time, More
