Worst dealership! Jason specifically asked me to leave a good review on Google yet he pulled some shady business. We were told one price through text message and when it came time to finalize car purchase good review on Google yet he pulled some shady business. We were told one price through text message and when it came time to finalize car purchase, $11,000 extra was added. To make it worse, Jason Shook disappeared when it came time to finalize the paperwork and then reappeared 20 minutes later and was then "fired" for giving us a certain price. Jason just happened to have an empty box under his desk so that he could go through his things. Not only was the bait and switch despicable but the theatrical performance of Jason being "fired" was one that this dealership should be ashamed of. If this is typical of a Zeigler dealership, stay far away. More
Sales associates are ripping people off. They charged me $ 29,+ for a used 2018 AWD chevy equinox. The mileage was not correct. One of the salespeople was driving the vehicle home, and within 30 days, the s $ 29,+ for a used 2018 AWD chevy equinox. The mileage was not correct. One of the salespeople was driving the vehicle home, and within 30 days, the screen went out. The two front tires needed to be replaced, and the vehicle needed new back brakes and rotors. I was charged an extra $ 3000 because the vehicle was certified, which was not advertised as part of the selling price. The selling price advertised was $ 21, 500.00. The vehicle is listed as certified because no warranty covers brake pads, rotors, or tires. The sales manager was great to interact with. The service department was great as well. I had to pay $ 237.00 extra for a second key. I was told those vehicles did not arrive with two keys, nor was my salesperson Steven attempting to help me purchase one. Also, I was told and agreed to one price, not thinking I had to second guess him and was signing off on a different price. One of the finance managers ran my credit against my wishes and attempted to finance me $ 4500.00 after I told them I had all cash. Be careful with this dealership if you go there. Otherwise, look elsewhere first. Please and thank you. More
Returned my 2018 Jeep lease! My salesman Fred was nice but super dishonest and his manager Avi was even more dishonest! We worked out a deal for the dealer to buy out my remaining lease with a 3,000 refun but super dishonest and his manager Avi was even more dishonest! We worked out a deal for the dealer to buy out my remaining lease with a 3,000 refund check Avi promised a check for me on the next day! I called to pick up a check and was told by Avi and the sales manager steve that I would not receive a check until the title was received! This is the worst dealership ever they will lie and do anything to screw you over to make a deal… stay away from any Zeigler JUST DON’T GIVE THEM BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT More
These people run an dishonest dealership and do not honor Internet Pricing. They will force you to opt into packages as an attempt to justify hidden vehicle pricing. As far as I'm concerned Abdullah does not Internet Pricing. They will force you to opt into packages as an attempt to justify hidden vehicle pricing. As far as I'm concerned Abdullah does not have any business selling cars and should go back to the hot dog stand! More
Bait and Switch at its finest!!After numerous phone Bait and Switch at its finest!! After numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages, I arrived at my scheduled appointment for a specific vehicle t Bait and Switch at its finest!! After numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages, I arrived at my scheduled appointment for a specific vehicle to test drive and purchase. Needs less to say, they need to look up the definition BAIT AND SWITCH! You can’t tell me that the salesperson did not know prior to my arrival and test drive, that a fleet company was interested in a flat purchase price of the majority of the used vehicles on the lot-including the vehicle I drove! This was also going to be a cash transaction! $18,500 (3 year old car) but…they wanted to sell it to me for a great deal of $31,000!!! All this due to a fleet company buying the inventory (allegedly) on hand and, this new pricing would have covered their fees that they incurred! Ziegler’s is a joke and should be reported to the BBB and AG! More
Forewarning to anyone looking at cars online in this dealership. The prices you see online DO NOT include the cost of GM certification. That is why they appear so much lower than other dealers. They dealership. The prices you see online DO NOT include the cost of GM certification. That is why they appear so much lower than other dealers. They want to get you in the door. If you want to know the true price of the vehicle, add about $2300 to the online price. My wife and I went in to look at a 2018 Equinox listed for $20k. The out the door price was over $32k. The price breakdown was as follows: Vehicle price: $20,000 GM Certification: $2280 Zeigler Protection Package: $2495 Dealer Prep Fee: $3750 User Car Inspection Fee: $2600 Taxes: $1653 Documentation Fee: $303.63 Title/License: $300 The lowest they would go on the OTD price was 28k. Absolutely ridiculous, $3750 for prepping the car which is essentially giving it a bath and vacuuming it out? We were shown cars with various cosmetic issues (dents, dings, scratches, etc.) no big deal considering they are used, but if you are going to charge close to 4 grand to prep it that car better be near showroom quality on the outside. And don't get me started on a "Used car inspection fee." The cost of the GM certification IS the inspection fee in my opinion, this is just some hocus pocus to get a bigger margin on the sale. Save yourself the time and go to another dealer that doesn't play these games. We ended up going to Wickstrom Chevy in Roselle and purchased the same vehicle for $3000 less. More
