If I could leave a ZERO STAR rating I would. AWFUL experience. Incredibly unorganized sales process. It took just under 6 months from them to process the paperwork and for me to receive my title. I paid CASH for my vehicle. Shouldn’t take half a year to file paperwork that can be done in a few days/weeks. They don’t return phone calls. Not a typical experience for a Zeigler brand dealership. I’ve purchased 4 new cars from other Zeigler dealerships and never had any issues. This location is a joke. More
Poor Customer Service, Salesperson lacks knowledge on products on the lot and refuses to look up information when customers ask. Instead made up responses are supposed to sufficient. Representative AL called me rude, disgruntled and hung up the phone when asked a question for clarification. Unable to get a GM to discuss concerns and was given a headquarters number 269-375-4500. What ever happened to good old customer service especially when you are making them money. So disappointed. My WeOwe was never honored because they didn’t have enough staff to detail the vehicle. Classic “bait and switch” dealer. Made appointment to see a car in the afternoon and went to test drive the car same day. Two week later, the car is still being advertised at a price that don’t want to sell it for. More
8/19/22 I purchased many cars in the last 59 yrs, of my life. I have NEVER be this happy with a car purchase. It was the best no-nonsense, no xx experience with JASON SCHOOK, our salesman. Jason Schook was my salesman, and I could not have been happier. First of all, he was very efficient in the process and did not waste my time. Called in regards to a brand new tahoe, I was informed there was a deposit but it was a first come first serve. They explained everything thoroughly in regards to the numbers. I contacted them regarding a 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV they had advertised. The person I was in touch with assured me she would get me an “out the door” price on the vehicle. After I asked for this price they had advertised. The person I was in touch with assured me she would get me an “out the door” price on the vehicle. After I asked for this price twice again (and never receiving it) she encouraged me to come look at the vehicle. She did say they were motivated to sell it and would consider offers. When I got there, I was greeted by a different person who - like the first - was very nice. He showed me the car and joined me on a test drive. We sat down and I again asked for a total price on the vehicle. He left his desk for a few minutes and then came back and explained that his manager said that “typically” the cost is about 10% over the advertised price. I asked if this included sales tax (6% for me) and title & tag fees. No - those were on top of it as well. Still seemingly unwilling to give me a hard price he actually let me walk out of the showroom without ever giving me a true price. No wonder the first person was unwilling to give me the “out the door” price she had promised - they try to squeeze you for what they can get! No thanks, Zeigler Chevy - nice people to talk to but not so great to do business with. More
