Good Morning, Thank you for reaching out to us. If the lojack system is not working, could you please bring it in & let the service advisor know. We can either replace it or check to see if the wiring has come loose. Free of charge. We do coat our vehicles with Zgaurd upon request. If you think this vehicle protection has warn off, we can reapply. However, we can pull to see when this vehicle zgaurd was performed. We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience with your vehicle having issues, could you please call me when you have a second, my name is Tristen, I am the director of customer relations. My experience yesterday is completely contrary to the statement, "Zeigler as a company do not force anyone to buy anything." I was told verbatim that I could not purchase a vehicle unless i purchased a $4800 add-on. I spoke with another customer at the dealership who also had the exact same experience. To add insult to injury, i was later informed that my interest rate was not solely based on my credit score (which is excellent), but it would only be lowered if i purchased a $3500 insurance package. I spent over 7 hours at this dealership and was lied to on multiple occassions, i received conflicting information between the sales rep and the general finance manager, there was no transparency regarding mandated add-ons, and there was also no transparency about there being a deposit/hold on the vehicle i intended to purchase until after i test drove it and informed them i did not want to purchase any add-ons.

Hi Tristen, I spoke with you over the phone and expressed how infuriated i was at your dealership. To add even more insult to injury, you offered me $4000 more for the vehicle. On August 10th, the vehicle was listed for $25,460 and when you called me the day after, you offered me the vehicle for $29,127. (Over $2000 above market value). You then had the audacity to tell me that this was a good deal and that I should take it. If your way of problem solving is done by charging me over $4000 more for a product less than 24hrs after I came in, then you and Zeigler of Schaumburg are even more unethical that i originally thought.
