Took my vehicle in for a coolant leak. Upon picking up my vehicle found 2 grease hand prints on my hood, drivers door handle was scuffed with blue paint(from shop hoist/lift) mentioned thi Upon picking up my vehicle found 2 grease hand prints on my hood, drivers door handle was scuffed with blue paint(from shop hoist/lift) mentioned this to a service advisor. Told me a manager would call me. He never called me. Got home next morning truck is still leaking coolant. Had to take it back in. Called my service advisor to make an appointment , never got a call back. Had to call them myself again to set up an appointment. Not happy at all with this past service visit. More
