They seemed very interested in our business before getting the van but once in their possession it seemed like the could care less. After us trying to contact them several times I finally waited for t getting the van but once in their possession it seemed like the could care less. After us trying to contact them several times I finally waited for the service manager today to answer my call. He said their service tech had driven the van several times and could not duplicate the problem. I found that super strange. I picked it up this evening and after driving it for only a few minutes the issue surfaced. The service manager stated it was road tested several times but the clock in and clock out mileage was only 3 miles different. Horrible communication, poor service department and the fact they didn’t resolve the issue will ensure I will not do business here again. More
Usually my oil changes and checking out my car ends up taking about 2 hours snd end with a car wash. This time it took more than 2 hours before I was told about the results. After I was told I needed $170 taking about 2 hours snd end with a car wash. This time it took more than 2 hours before I was told about the results. After I was told I needed $1700+ work I can’t afford it took them another 45 minutes and my car wasn’t washed. I’m not a huge complainer but I feel like they didn’t wash it bc I didn’t choose to have the work done. I think they came up with just enough to be done that I might choose to buy a new car. I don’t have funds for that so they can stop already. The oil change itself was fine I think. More
The service I scheduled was not the service I received. Very disappointed! I scheduled a 15,000 mile maintenance and all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. I spoke with three different individuals regarding what was included in the 15,000 mile maintenance. I scheduled my appointment brought my car in and when I picked my car up all that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. When I questioned all the other things that should’ve been done they said oh that’s in the 30,000 mile maintenance. Seriously? Then, after I pick my car up, my husband got a call from the dealership saying “I see you were in for service and was wondering if you would be interested in trading in your vehicle and upgrading!
