Rich was great, however if I didn't check my rear hubcap it would have fallen off. It seems to be an ongoing problem since it's happened before, so now I always check before I leave the lot. Service Manager Rich and his staff are absolutely awesome!! Only complaint is Danny (female) sales person calling me on phone while I was sitting in waiting area trying to get me to do estimate for awesome!!
