Picked up car on 2/3. . Got home and noticed under Zeigler logo you scraped prior label off but left old adhesive on paint.. Will call back early on 2/6 to see if you can r . Not sure who Sam is, so I am not going to rate him. I did receive an email from the dealership's GM asking me about my experience. I explained how I was disappointed that the overall service was poor ( I did receive an email from the dealership's GM asking me about my experience. I explained how I was disappointed that the overall service was poor (the sales guy was actually nice), but most importantly, I was told my car was getting ready, and it didn't even have gas! I had to stop on my way home from the dealership to get gas; otherwise, I would have been stranded. No follow-up, nothing. So with that said, kindly remove me from your mailing list; otherwise, I will keep dropping negative reviews. Thank you. More
