Rich provided the poorest dealership experience with disrespectful customer service. I wouldn't advise friends and family to choose this dealership. Rich was impolite, neglected my vehicle issue, and ex disrespectful customer service. I wouldn't advise friends and family to choose this dealership. Rich was impolite, neglected my vehicle issue, and exacerbated the situation. Beware of their tactics; they might lure you in for an oil change, only for car issues to arise shortly afterward. Trust is a concern here, and I recommend avoiding this place. More
