Not sure who Sam is, so I am not going to rate him. I did receive an email from the dealership's GM asking me about my experience. I explained how I was disappointed that the overall service was poor ( I did receive an email from the dealership's GM asking me about my experience. I explained how I was disappointed that the overall service was poor (the sales guy was actually nice), but most importantly, I was told my car was getting ready, and it didn't even have gas! I had to stop on my way home from the dealership to get gas; otherwise, I would have been stranded. No follow-up, nothing. So with that said, kindly remove me from your mailing list; otherwise, I will keep dropping negative reviews. Thank you. More

Overall okay Service but could have been better. I was not communicated that the car had only 1key. And the reply was epic from sales team after full payment - “Did you ask us about 2 keys”. I gu I was not communicated that the car had only 1key. And the reply was epic from sales team after full payment - “Did you ask us about 2 keys”. I guess the correct condition should be communicated to the customer while purchasing. Even your website never mentioned that It had only 1key. I know I was buying a used car but still such reply after making full payment, makes a BIG negative impact. More
