Rich Garland is always so accommodating at getting my vehicle in and taken care of. All went well except that the initial proposal made to me to purchase the vehicle included 2 items that I had not asked to be included in the deal. I rejected the two items; I should have been asked first if to purchase the vehicle included 2 items that I had not asked to be included in the deal. He even personally delivered our vehicle after a factory setting problem was discovered and repaired. More

My trax didn't have the motor lid, also the back rear light was broken and it wasn't changed, I received the car at night and that details were not easy to see.
