The name on the survey says Sam Odeh, but we were helped by Nick Fioravanti. Nick helped us at every step to get our car. We are purchasing a company car as a foreign company. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know. I’ve had a couple of lingering issues that shouldn’t exist in a brand new truck that were constantly ignored. The service manager finally decided to hear me out and fix the issue. He was nice enough to arrange a loaner at their expense for the 2 weeks my truck was being worked on. I went and picked up my truck last week and so far it’s been better. I was disappointed to discover that someone was eating in my truck because they left frito crumbs behind and didn’t bother to clean it up. I don’t allow eating in my truck nor do I loan it so I know without a doubt the frito droppings came from Zeigler employees. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you Rich for trying. More
