It is very easy to book an appointment, but after you drop off your car the communication is horrible. (This is a consistent thing at this dealership) I went in to the dealership to speak to them be drop off your car the communication is horrible. (This is a consistent thing at this dealership) I went in to the dealership to speak to them before making my appointment and they let me know they were low on EV techs which is understandable. I booked the appointment 2 weeks out so they could schedule appropriately (check engine light / dimming of passenger headlight). I dropped off my car first thing Friday the 23rd and they didn't touch the car until Wednesday the 28th. I started calling every day starting on Monday 26th. No one called, only a texted link to a progress bar that never showed any progress and then they just sent a text with quote that said agree to pay this or not agree. No explanation. I called to get more information and finally spoke to someone and they tried to make it sound like this was something that needed to be done soon or my car would only drive at 5 mph and would be difficult. Also they would have to keep my car longer. The whole point of booking well in advance and giving them 6 days with the car was so it would be done. A double checked with my local mechanic because I wanted more of an explanation and he said it wasn't that big of a deal but would need to be done before the weather warmed up. He also quoted me less than half the price and he could do it in 3hrs. I understand the dealership being more expensive but more than double. When I asked about the headlight they said nothing was wrong, as we can see from the attached picture from the morning of the 30th, it is not working right. I had an offer for a free Multi Point Inspection and received no report or information. In the past I have received a print out with what they looked over and the service person would go over it with me. Overall, it was disappointing and a frustrating experience. Additional, after posting a negative google review Zeigler responded saying I should contact them to discuss the review. When I called the dealership, they took my number and said they would have the manager return my call. Guess what, they never did. More
